WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your items are flawed, damaged in shipping or an error of incorrect merchandise was sent on our part. You must contact Sara and Me within 7 days of receiving damaged or incorrect merchandise to obtain RMA (return merchandise authorization).

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?

Shipping charges are automatically calculated by the shopping cart after your information has been entered, however, your credit card will NOT be charged until your items have been shipped.

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

While we make every effort to ship immediately, the delivery time of your shipment will depend on product availability. We ship by UPS ground which does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Or Priority Mail.

HOW DO YOU WASH THE PILLOWCASES?

These pillowcases are fine to sleep on right away, but if you would like to wash before use: Turn the case inside out, and use delicate cycle in cold water. Please do not use bleach or fabric softeners. Tumble dry on low heat. As with all silk screened products, vibrant colors may fade very slightly.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A PERSONALIZED ITEM?

Please allow 7-10 days extra for personalized items.
